Per instructions from our Occupational Therapist at the Feeding Clinic, we are giving Erin positive food experiences. This means that we dump some sweet potatoes on her tray and let her play in it. We don't actually spoon feed her any of the food. It's just for her to make a mess with. Will gets in on the action, but doesn't end up nearly as messy as Erin. She loves to put her fingers and spoon into the food and then put it into her mouth. This is exactly what we want her to do with the food. We haven't started them on cereal yet, but we hope to get the go ahead from our doctor next week.
