This year we had a cute puppy and a kitty for Halloween. They were slow to warm up to wearing a costume, but, once they figured out the candy was involved they wore their costumes all of the time. It was a nice (62') rainy Halloween night. We had mummy meatloaf for dinner and went to see Miss Dorothy (our neighbor and mama's friend from school). Then we went trick or treating and Will jumped in puddles! We came home and the kids had fun passing out candy to the trick or treaters. Will kept calling out the door (with his hand over his mouth)"trick or treaters, where are you?" When they would show up the kids ran to the door and gave out handfuls of candy. We are watching The Great Pumpkin and the kids are really enjoying it. We had a fun night and I'm glad I got this blog post up before Halloween 2014!
